Compensation:

$130,000+ formula based at plan

Responsibilities: Bui ld Trust. Create Value. Grow Your Impact.

• Get to know the clients, their families, priorities, and aspirations through thoughtful conversations and comprehensive fact-finding that creates a clear picture of where they are and where they want to go.

• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs

• Educate clients on strategies designed to help them pursue their goals while preparing for the unexpected events and changing circumstances life can bring.

• Work with business owners to implement strategies for tax diversification, employee retention, and succession planning.

• Develop relationships with internal consultants and resources that can benefit your practice, from life solutions to advanced planning needs.

• Develop strategies and recommendations based on each client’s individual financial circumstances, priorities, and objectives—with their best interests guiding the conversation.

• Grow your network authentically by getting involved in your community and building connections through social, professional, and community organizations.

• Expand your industry knowledge through New York Life’s training curriculum and opportunities to pursue applicable professional education and credentials through The American College of Financial Services.

• Leverage available marketing, social media, digital, and AI-enabled tools to identify prospective clients, strengthen your presence, and create new opportunities for connection.

• Be there when it matters most. Build relationships that extend beyond a transaction—becoming a trusted resource clients can turn to as their lives, needs, and goals evolve.

Qualifications:

• Relationship-oriented with the ability to connect, build trust, and communicate effectively

• Coachable , accept coaching and have a desire to continually learn, develop, assess and improve

• Organized and disciplined , with the ability to manage priorities, time, follow-through effectively, and self-accountability

• Resilient and adaptable , with the ability to navigate challenges and stay focused on long-term objectives

• Valid life and health insurance license is preferred , or a willingness to obtain the required licensing within 30 days
