What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within regulatory guidelines.
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and educate patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks appropriately.
- Use data to evaluate patient outcomes and implement improvements.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and standards.
- Support department and unit goals through professional practice and teamwork.
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, CPI certifications (within 12 months)
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience in Medical/Surgical
- Effective communication, organizational, and computer skills
Preferred:
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
