Speech Language Pathologist- School-based Job for the New School Year

Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC or CF) in a dynamic school district in the East Milton, Florida area. This onsite, school-based opportunity gives you the chance to support K–12 students by addressing a wide range of speech and language needs in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

What you’ll bring:

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CF welcome)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but passionate clinicians are encouraged to apply
Experience working with diverse communication disorders across elementary through high school populations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
Solid organizational and documentation abilities to ensure compliance with state and district standards

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, onsite therapy services to K–12 students with varying speech and language needs
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with Texas and district guidelines
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the program
