Role Description The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, NY and involves coordinating daily activities with supervisors, trades, and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that may affect schedules or quality. Responsibilities include developing project plans and timelines, managing resources and materials, tracking costs, and preparing regular status reports. The Project Manager will also lead site meetings, ensure adherence to safety standards and local regulations, and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires frequent on-site presence to inspect work, address operational challenges, and support a safe, productive environment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing construction or rebuilding projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination. Strong skills in stakeholder communication, team collaboration, and conflict resolution on active job sites. Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts, and to support compliance with safety and building codes. Proficiency with project management and documentation tools, and comfort working with basic office and construction-related software. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education such as a degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience working on-site in construction settings and familiarity with heavy equipment operations and site logistics is a plus.
