Our team is dedicated to providing proactive, step-above service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.JOB OVERVIEWAs a Part-Time / On-Call CDL Delivery Driver, you will support the company's warehouse and procurement operations by transporting equipment, materials, parts, and supplies to and from various locations.The successful candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo is properly secured, verifying delivery contents, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with the Warehouse Manager and Procurement team.This position requires someone who is dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDelivery & TransportationSafely operate company trucks and commercial vehicles in compliance with all applicable DOT regulations and company policies.Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, parts, and supplies between warehouses, job sites, vendors, supply houses, and technicians.Ensure deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and within scheduled timeframes.Transport cargo safely and ensure all materials are properly secured before and during transportation.Assist with loading and unloading equipment, materials, and parts as needed.Verify delivery and pickup contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the appropriate department.Warehouse & Procurement SupportSupport the Procurement and Warehouse teams with scheduled pickups and deliveries.Pick up parts and materials from vendors and supply houses as requested.Coordinate delivery schedules and updates with the Warehouse Manager and Procurement team.Assist with moving materials and equipment between company locations as needed.Help maintain an organized and efficient flow of materials throughout the operation.Documentation & CommunicationMaintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation through the company's ERP system.Provide timely updates regarding delivery status, delays, or changes to scheduled routes.Communicate professionally with vendors, technicians, warehouse personnel, and other company representatives.Ensure all required delivery and pickup documentation is completed accurately.Follow all company procedures related to deliveries, vehicle operation, and material handling.Vehicle Safety & MaintenancePerform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Report vehicle issues, damage, or maintenance concerns promptly.Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks as required.Maintain company vehicles in a clean, safe, and professional condition.Follow all DOT requirements and company safety policies.Ensure equipment and cargo are properly secured before transportation.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSValid CDL Class A or Class B license.Clean and satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy.Ability to safely operate box trucks and medium-duty commercial vehicles.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Strong reliability and punctuality.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow directions and complete deliveries accurately and on time.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Forklift experience is a plus;
