As a Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. In addition to managing front desk operations, you will handle light administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.


Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member with efficiency and professionalism.
• Perform light filing to help maintain organized records and documents.
• Keep the copy room and kitchen fully stocked and functional, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.
• Receive deliveries, log them accurately, and distribute them to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
