Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and any relevant resources they may have access to.

• Deliver individualized therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans that set specific therapeutic goals and interventions suitable for each client.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and coordinated care aligned with each client's ongoing needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, including risk assessments and creation of safety plans to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community engagement and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications\n
