Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide direct patient care in the Med Surg unit.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of Med Surg experience required.
