Kitchen Equipment Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, field-based position servicing commercial restaurant and retail customers throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a primary service area from Ridgefield, WA to Springfield, OR . Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial hot-side kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, ranges, warmers, steamers, and other cooking equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and component replacements. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently in the field. Work independently while providing outstanding customer service at client locations. Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers and office staff. Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures. Maintain compliance with all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing commercial hot-side kitchen equipment. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA Certification preferred but not required. HVAC and/or commercial refrigeration experience is a plus. Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
