What You'll Be Doing

• Operate pit loader equipment safely and efficiently to load and move aggregate materials.

• Conduct pre-operational inspections and perform routine equipment checks.

• Maintain proper stockpile management and support material production activities.

• Follow all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production and operational goals.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Ability to inspect equipment, identify concerns, and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Must be legally authorized to work and maintain all qualifications required to perform the essential functions of the role.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
