Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Nitrous Oxide Certification

Licensure: Valid Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification; Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certification preferred.
Mindset: A "team-player" attitude with a focus on kindness and gentle patient care.
Experience: New graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome, though 1+ years of clinical experience is a plus.

Job Description

Preventative Care: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, root planing, and ultrasonic treatments.
Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instructions and nutritional counseling.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and perform intraoral screenings/periodontal charting.
Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside Dr. DiRenzo to co-diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Sterilization: Maintain the highest standards of infection control and operatory preparedness.
