Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon start
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon start
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon start
• Ability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior emergency room nursing experience
• Experience working in a high-acuity or critical care environment
