Job Description

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregivers to provide non-medical home care services for elderly clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Help with walking, mobility, and fall prevention
Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide medication reminders and assistance as permitted
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Assist with toileting and incontinence care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or errands when needed
Observe the client's condition and report any changes or concerns
Complete a daily care report and document services provided
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment

Requirements:

Caring, patient, reliable, and respectful
Experience caring for elderly adults preferred
CNA, HCA, MA, or other healthcare experience is a plus
Able to follow the client's care plan and agency policies
Good communication skills
Must maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Must be dependable and arrive for scheduled shifts on time

Our goal is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while receiving compassionate and respectful care.
