Role Summary We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst to join a collaborative Service Desk team supporting both corporate employees and branch locations. This role is responsible for delivering advanced end user support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills and hands on experience supporting Windows environments, hardware, software, and networking issues. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with infrastructure and systems teams while building a path toward future growth in systems administration, networking, or other advanced technology disciplines. Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop and end user support for corporate and field based employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, and connectivity issues
• Manage and respond to service desk tickets while maintaining strong first call resolution metrics
• Support virtual desktop environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Assist with desktop engineering and systems administration related activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application support teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Deliver remote support to branch locations and provide occasional onsite assistance when needed
• Document incidents, resolutions, knowledge articles, and support procedures to improve service delivery

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
• Strong experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, software, and end user issues
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including connectivity and troubleshooting concepts
• Experience supporting endpoint devices and desktop management technologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Experience working within ticketing systems and maintaining service level expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Experience with Nerdio administration or support
• Exposure to systems administration or network administration responsibilities
• Experience supporting financial services organizations or multi site environments
• Experience using Jira or similar ticket management platforms
• Interest in growing into Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Engineering roles

• Direct Hire opportunity
• 100% onsite position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
