Cannabis Delivery Driver – Pacheco We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in Pacheco. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and a knack for delivering great customer service, join us. Job Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery. The role supports our fast-growing cannabis delivery service. Compensation Pay: $17.00 per hour. Tips available. Company‑issued vehicles are available during shifts. Shift Part‑time position. Availability required for the 4:45 PM to 9:45 PM shift. Key Responsibilities Load, package, transport, and deliver items to clients accurately and safely. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and correct charges. Accept payments for delivered items. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints. Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Communicate effectively with on‑site and support teams. Use handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach. Maintain full compliance with all cannabis compliance laws and regulations. Maintain highest professional and ethical standards. Safeguard all company operating equipment. Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives. Qualifications Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 25 lbs to a height of 5 ft and over a distance of 50 ft. Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Dependable and reliable. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic. 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred. Previous cannabis experience preferred. Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required. Requirements Open availability required. Valid California driver’s license. Clean driving record for the past 3 years. All phones and electronics must be used hands‑free in accordance with state laws. Must be over 21 years of age. Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs to a height of 5 ft and over a distance of 50 ft, with or without mechanical assistance.
