Medicare Insurance Agent

Motivated and customer-focused, the full-time remote Medicare Insurance Agent will drive member retention and new business growth by building relationships with existing Medicare members and enrolling new beneficiaries into health plans. Key responsibilities Maintain contact with existing Medicare members to enhance satisfaction and conduct annual policy reviews Generate and manage a pipeline of Medicare prospects through various outreach methods and conduct needs-based consultations Adhere to compliance regulations and complete all necessary certifications and training programs Required qualifications Active Health and Life Insurance License (required) AHIP certification and carrier certifications (or ability to obtain) 1-3 years of experience in Medicare sales, insurance sales, or related customer service Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
