Lead Analyst

Position Overview CerraCap Venture is looking for a finance specialist with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in large or medium Private Equity or Venture Capital in a similar capacity. The role requires a resourceful, sharp, and creative individual with experience in accounting and an ability to understand offshore entities in Cayman and multiple SPV structures. The candidate should have strong relationships with banks and the IRS. Responsibilities Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Conduct industry research and prepare analysis and research presentations for the group. Actively read and seek out new information sources to stay abreast of industry trends. Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital. Experience with accounting and financial reporting. Ability to manage relationships with banks and the IRS. Understanding of offshore entities in Cayman and multiple SPV structures. Experience in AI, Cybersecurity, or Healthcare is required. Must have a strong skill set in financial analysis and strategic planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
