HYDAC's passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized for any demand our customers require.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the facilities maintenance department. This position will supervise the maintenance staff with responsibility for the production.You will make an impact in this role by:Directly supervise mechanics and accomplish yearly reviews.Develop daily work schedules and establish yearly goals.Develop and keep current the Preventative Maintenance program.Utilize the computerized maintenance management program (CMMS) for work order management, inventory tracking, equipment trends, and personnel utilization.Manage equipment moves and the relocation of utilities.Ensure employees accomplish their required training.Order parts as needed and document in the CMMS.Provide input to the Facilities Manager for the annual budget.Work with the accounting department to properly classify and process invoices.Develop vendor and contractor relationships.Troubleshoot or aid in the repairs of equipment.Support the safety program and ensure compliance with applicable policies and codes.Support OPEX activities as required.The supervisor will function as a backup to the Facilities Manager on facilities related issues.
