Background Screening & Compliance Specialist

StradIT seeks a skilled Background Screening Specialist to manage end-to-end processes for employees and contingent workers using First Advantage within an aligned HCM framework. You will initiate, monitor, and track screenings to ensure timely onboarding and compliance with governance standards.
