Material Handling Coordinator – 2nd Shift (Training on All Shifts Required)
Pay: $25.58/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday–Friday
Location: On-site
Training Requirement: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift during training.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and inventory.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
- Operate forklifts and safely move materials (including heavy lifting).
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Support production by stocking materials and preparing kits.
- Troubleshoot inventory and order issues to maintain workflow.
- Work across multiple operations and departments as needed.
- Follow GMP, ISO 9001, and company quality standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and internal customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Word & Excel).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 preferred.
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
