Job Title Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Producer – Chandler, AZ Benefits: Paid time off Training & development Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary About the Role: We’re a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona‑licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends, a $40,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities, and paid time off/holidays. We’re looking for someone who is self‑managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high‑volume customer contact and rejection. Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required; an active AZ P&C license is required and we’re only interviewing licensed candidates at this time. Schedule, Work Environment & Compensation Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30‑minute lunch. No weekend work. Hybrid work‑from‑home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation. Your success and income will be measured by your results. Compensation: $40,000 per year base salary + bonus opportunities. Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month. Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, your birthday).
