Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Unit Manager to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This on-site leader oversees daily nursing unit workflow, ensuring safe, resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute environment. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, monitoring outcomes and regulatory compliance, and supporting quality improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader who embodies our faith-based, mission-driven culture and is committed to compassion, dignity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
