Operating Room Registered NurseAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Operating Room Registered Nurses to support the VA Outpatient Clinic/Ambulatory Surgery Center located at the Martinez VA CBOC at 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, eight hour shifts. No weekends, after hours or call. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesFunction as both a Circulating Nurse and Scrub NurseSupport mostly minor, outpatient surgical casesMaintain sterile technique and ensure OR safety standardsAssist surgeons and proceduralists during casesPrepare operating rooms, equipment, and suppliesPosition and prep patients for proceduresMonitor patient status throughout proceduresDocument care in the VA electronic health recordCirculate or assist with moderate sedation cases (if trained)Float to:GI suite (2 suites onsite)Pre-OpPACU / RecoveryCollaborate closely with a small, team-based OR staffSupport patient-focused, high-quality ambulatory careQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseAny U.S. state license acceptedCurrent BLS (CPR) – American Heart AssociationACLS (if required based on assignment)Operating Room experience required and must be able to scrub and circulate.No sponsorship availablePosition Pays$69 - $72/hrAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
