Job Title: Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner (FT, nights) Location: Houston, TX Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time night shift basis in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Provide specialized care to patients in the Heart Failure ICU Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in patient and family education Qualifications: Current NP licensure in the state of Texas (or willing to get) Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities If you are a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a focus on heart failure care, we invite you to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
