We are a small property/casualty insurance agency located in Warrenton, Virginia, looking to hire a receptionist/CSR. Our new-hire’s job would be Receptionist/Customer Service Representative and his/her main responsibilities would be to check and respond to voicemails, answer phone calls and help with minor insurance-related tasks including processing payments.
More than half of our clientele is Spanish speaking only, so we require that all candidates be proficient in Spanish.
Computer skills are a plus, but we would be willing to train; however, we do utilize various computer programs and so some level of competence is recommended. Our office places great importance on patience, good customer service, and discretion.
Our pay range varies depending on level of experience and skill set.
Our office hours are from 9:00-6:00pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9:00-1:00pm. Work hours can be accommodated slightly although any agreed upon schedule would fall between the above hours and would require working occasionally on Saturdays.
