Apartment Leasing AgentLocation: Barnegat & Waretown, NJ Type: Contract To Permanent Compensation: $20.00/hr. Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-FridayResponsibilities:Help show units to prospective tenants, assisting with rental payments, late notices, and processing work orders.Answer incoming phone calls, provide housing information, and route calls appropriately.Greet visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents, providing excellent customer service.Provide potential and current residents with accurate information about available rental units.Post basic information on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.File property-related paperwork and organize office supplies.Partner with the maintenance team on work orders for residents.Maintain and update the waitlist, send letters, and ensure property is presentable by touring daily.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!Previous leasing experience is a plus.At least two years of related experience preferred.Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
