Electrical Service Administrator / Permit Technician

Benefits: Paid Vacation Holiday Pay 401(k) matching About the Role: Jacks Electric LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a fast-paced electrical services company where your coordination skills and attention to detail will make a real impact every day. This is a Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00pm position with 1 hour for lunch. Responsibilities: Must Know Permitting and NOC submitting Assist with scheduling service technicians for service jobs Submit Permits and NOC's and follow up Coordinate with FPL and No Cuts Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent front-line customer service Manage work orders from creation to completion, ensuring accurate documentation Coordinate with field technicians to track job status and communicate updates to customers and management Maintain and update customer records and service boards Support the office with administrative tasks and office coordination Requirements: Permitting, NOC Submission, No Cuts and FPL scheduling experience Prior experience in a service administrative role — electrical or trades industry a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor About Us: Jacks Electric LLC is a trusted electrical services provider proudly serving the West Palm Beach, FL area.
