Fun & Friendly Co-workers Continuous Learning and Development We Invest In You Bonus Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities Learn GEICO products, quote and close prospect leads, and engage/follow up with new prospects Service existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to support customer retention Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships Strong persuasion skills, competitive spirit, and a high-energy personality suited to being on the phone up to 75% of the day Strong computer skills for multi-system quoting, sharp attention to detail, and punctuality to see each quote through to completion Requirements GA Insurance Producer License Preferred (Employer willing to cover licensing costs for the right candidate) Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable, with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills High-energy and driven to be the best, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center-like environment Strong computer, typing, and grammar skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Prior sales and customer service experience preferred; high school diploma required, college degree a plus; background and credit check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
