This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across scheduling, patient services, provider support, staff management, insurance workflows, and office administration. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to keep multiple departments running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
