Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg setting
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, and implementation
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
• Active RN License (TN or compact)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience
• Experience in high-acuity Med/Surg units
