Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Franksville, WI (Onsite)
Summary:
Seeking an Electrical Engineer with 4+ years of electrical/product design experience in PCBA/PCB, electrical circuits, and high-voltage/power systems .
Key Requirements:
- PCBA/PCB & circuit design with analog/digital troubleshooting
- High-voltage design and power system analysis
- PCB development tools and engineering simulation ( CAD, FEA, statistical analysis )
- Product design, DFM/DFA , and manufacturing experience
- Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BOMs, drawings, specifications, and product engineering changes
- Knowledge of Lean, Design for Six Sigma/Green Belt , and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting NPI, validation/reliability testing, production issues, and supplier quality
- Strong analytical, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Target Background: Electrical/Power Systems, Industrial Controls, PCBA/PCB, Protective Relays, Power Distribution, Switchgear, Power Electronics, or Automation.
Location: Franksville, WI Must currently reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI
