Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Jr. Video Editor for a top retail and consumer products client. This candidate will support the post-production team by editing, resizing, reformatting, and updating approved video content for a variety of digital channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow their video editing skills while collaborating with a creative in-house team. Responsibilities include updating branding elements, producing localized content, managing media assets, adjusting audio components, performing quality control reviews, and ensuring all deliverables align with current brand standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior editor looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment with significant growth potential.

Pay for this position is between 37 and 47 / HR

Skills and Requirements

• Basic to intermediate video editing experience (1 to 3 years of experience)

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro specifically for resizing files.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• Experience editing and formatting video content for digital and social media platforms

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

• Excellent organizational and file management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to follow established brand and creative guidelines

• Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a team environment • Experience with subtitles, translations, and localized content

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and advanced Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Understanding of video codecs and export settings

• Experience creating international versions of video content

• Background supporting high-volume content production environments

• Familiarity with platform-specific video delivery requirements
