Porter

The Porter requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Responsibilities Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and in excellent condition for display and customer viewings. This includes washing, vacuuming, and detailing as necessary. Safely transport vehicles to and from the service area, sales lot, and other locations as required. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members. Organize and maintain the vehicle inventory on the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and easy to access. Effectively communicate with team members regarding vehicle status, maintenance needs, and customer requests. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers. Additional duties as assigned. Reporting Structure Reports to Service Manager Ideal Skills & Experience Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
