Job TitleRequired Skills & Experience• Program or operations experience in a cross-functional environment with a focus on business systems and processes. • Experience managing systems roadmaps, including requirements discovery and prioritization, coordinating delivery, and change management with users. • Experience with Salesforce, including functional design, record management, reporting, testing, and permissions-aware workflows. • Strong attention to detail with experience in document-heavy environments. • Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity in highly matrixed organizations and hold contributors accountable. • Demonstrated use of AI agents to streamline operational tasks; proficiency with Jira or comparable project management tools. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, collaborative "can-do" attitude • Passion for startups and AINice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience working in a highly matrixed technology company. • Experience in managing scalable partner, channel, or community programs.Job Description• Deeply understand the business priorities and collaborate with stakeholders to translate them into a systems and process roadmap. • Lead requirements discovery and prioritization with business and technical teams; create clear tickets, including justification, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. • Interface with platform engineering teams through delivery and coordinate questions, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders. • Conduct UAT, document results, manage re-testing, and verify production releases. • Own the quarterly process for member rebates on NVIDIA products, including change collection, review and approval routing, document publication, and validation. • Create and maintain internal and external enablement material, such as Salesforce reference guides, FAQs, release announcements. • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues and perform reporting and bulk-updates. • Resolve internal and external support case escalations or route them to appropriate owners. • Report progress, decisions needed, dependencies, and next actions to various stakeholder audiences.
