As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance. What You’ll Do: Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits Communicate with families, physicians and care teams Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives Train and support care team members What You’ll Bring: Active LPN/LVN license 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting Strong assessment and documentation skillsKnowledge of medication administration and compliance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Support Resident Health and Ensure Clinical Quality LPN | LVN | Wellness Nurse | Assisted Living | Senior Living | Medication Management | Resident Care Pay Range: 29.15 - 38.90 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
