About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the firm's investment process, ensuring that portfolios are in line with long-term objectives, and serving as a trusted resource for investment strategy and market perspectives. This hands-on leadership role involves monitoring client portfolios, conducting investment research, and maintaining a disciplined, low-turnover investment approach. The CIO will also be expected to mentor a current Investment Analyst and contribute to the thoughtful evolution of the firm's investment offering. Applicants for the Chief Investment Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment management, portfolio oversight, or investment research. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CFA®, CFP®, or other advanced investment designation. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of public equities, fixed income, and diversified portfolio management, as well as a disciplined, long-term investment mindset. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a collaborative approach with a focus on integrity and delivering consistent investment outcomes for clients.
