34.5/46 rotation, Flat overtime for 13 weeks

Assignment Details
Start ASAP, every other weekend required

Requirements
- Active nursing license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Proficiency with EMR systems

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screens required.
- Orientation to be completed prior to starting.
- Scrubs required during shifts.
