Your Impact
Assist in managing a team to ensure a smooth business operation
Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
Working “hands on” in various FOH and BOH positions
Creating the schedule for your team
Ensuring the highest quality of guest service
Background Profile
1-year of Leadership experience
Hospitality experience (preferred)
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
