Interventional Radiologic Technologist (Diagnostic)

Radiologic Technologist
Shift Time: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM, (8 hr 5 days)
Job Type: Contract
Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
Operate angiographic, fluoroscopic, and other interventional imaging equipment.
Prepare and monitor patients, administer contrast dyes, and ensure safety protocols.
Maintain sterile fields, radiation safety, and compliance with hospital policies.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Associate's degree from a Radiologic Technology program.
Minimum 1 year of experience with angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty, and stenting.
Strong knowledge of interventional radiology protocols and sterile techniques.
Experience monitoring patients during invasive imaging procedures.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Valid Radiologic Technologist license from NYSDOH (can be obtained after offer).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
One (1) Advanced-Level ARRT Certification (any one required):
ARRT (CI) Cardiac Interventional Radiology
ARRT (CV) Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology
ARRT (VI) Vascular Interventional Radiology
