Swing Shift - 2:30PM to 11PM Monday- Friday

Summary:
Maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing machines. Assisting with preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on machines. Knowledge of molding machinery operations and functions for repair.

• 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic
• Prioritize and manage maintenance workflow
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on selected equipment, updates and maintains
• Preventative Maintenance Program
• Resolves maintenance issues in a timely manner and communicates concerns to the
• management team
• Identifies problem areas and safety hazards and works with the management and safety teams
• and associates to resolve
• Ensures compliance with Safety regulations
• Maintains spare parts inventory and orders tools and supplies
• Exercises good housekeeping in Maintenance department, 5S plus Safety practices
• Fabricates simple solutions when necessary
• Performs other duties to support the business
• Overtime as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of related Maintenance experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Technical Qualifications:

• Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits from 24 VDC / 24 AC to 480-volt 3 phase
• Able to read and understand prints and schematics
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, valves, pumps, etc
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems
• IMM (Injection Molding Machine) troubleshooting experience.
• Must have own tools and toolbox
• Knows how to run conduit and size circuits accordingly to amps
• Knows how to fit and run pipe, (galvanized, copper, PVC)
• Forklift experience
• Man lift experience
• Knowledge of Air Compressors systems
• HVAC experience
