Dynamic Neonatologist Opportunity with Guaranteed First Year Bonus. Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, KS, is recruiting for a Neonatologist for an evolving QI team-based opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-respected and established neonatology practice at Wesley Medical Center in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level-III, 80-bed NICU with 24-hour in-house coverage.
• Work with residents and nurse practitioners for day and night shifts; no call from home required.
• Deliver high-acuity care with a high-volume setting (thousands of deliveries per year, substantial NICU admissions).
• Engage in a wide range of procedures (e.g., LPs, lines) and coordinate with transfer services for OK/NE/Western Kansas cases.
• Be part of a comprehensive service offering, excluding ECMO and heart surgery.
• Affiliated with KU School of Medicine - Wichita, with opportunities in QI and research.
• J1 visa candidates encouraged to apply.
