Production Assembler

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components and products according to work instructions, schematics, and quality standards. This role helps ensure that customer requirements are met and production goals are achieved in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to detailed work instructions and schematics.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Ensure the production area is clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in assembly, production, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to use small hand tools efficiently.
• Experience in wiring and soldering is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tilton, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
