Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician! Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and preventative upkeep on guest rooms and hotel facilities, responding promptly to guest service requests, inspecting rooms, hallways, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs, repairing and maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical systems, ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes, completing work orders and maintaining maintenance logs/records, assisting with room turns by ensuring everything is in proper working condition, maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, coordinating with housekeeping and front desk staff to prioritize repairs, and handling basic painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
