Staff Accountant

Become an integral part of the team and advance your career. Responsibilities Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain financial integrity. Handle payroll operations to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time. Create and manage spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data. Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information. Maintain familiarity with the general ledger and ensure entries are accurate and up to date. Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial data and perform accounting tasks. Review and update journal entries regularly for accuracy. Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline accounting processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management. Experience in bank reconciliations and maintaining general ledger. Ability to create and manage journal entries. Knowledge and experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
