Schedule: Five consecutive days per month including call coverage and potential weekend shifts. Manage 10-15 patients daily in a 100% inpatient setting.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery (required)
• Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship (required)
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Active Ohio medical license (preferred)
• Clean background with no malpractice or licensing issues
• Credentialing process estimated at 120 days; temporary privileges available
