We are seeking a Housekeeper For Apartment Community to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.
Individual must be prompt, courteous, detailed, and able to work independently with a schedule and set routine. This Full-time position will require lifting, bending, reaching, and walking stairs on daily basis.
Duties include sanitizing, vacuuming, dusting, washing walls, doors, detailing laundry machines, maintaining a daily spotless environment for residents and guests. The individual hired will keep the common areas, hallways, stairwells and entrances clean and checked daily. Cleaning vacant apartments before a move in will also be required.
The person considered for this position would also be required to help other staff with light outside upkeep depending on the season, which includes helping plant and water seasonal flowers, and assisting other staff to clear snow at building entrances.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. 401K, Single Health can be part of this hire package. Great established area company with excellent working environment and reputation. Must have own reliable transportation.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
