Warehouse Manager

Purpose Job Description Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and overseeing company assets to support operational efficiency. This includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory, managing materials and tools, supporting fleet assignments, and ensuring safety and compliance in warehouse and yard activities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and assets Implement and maintain stock issue and control systems Maintain accurate inventory of all items issued, received, and stored Assign, track, and maintain assets, materials, CPE, vehicles, tools, and uniforms Conduct monthly physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies Support fleet coordination, maintenance, and asset reporting Operate and train others on equipment (e.g., forklifts, box trucks) Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Communicate clearly with supervisors, vendors, and customers Assist with scheduling, ordering, and vendor management Key Measures / Key Performance Indicators Inventory accuracy Asset assignment tracking compliance Monthly inventory completion and reconciliation accuracy Warehouse safety Timeliness of asset/material issuance and replenishment Vehicle and equipment readiness Requirements Key Measures / Key Performance Indicators: Inventory accuracy Asset assignment tracking compliance Monthly inventory completion and reconciliation accuracy Warehouse safety Timeliness of asset/material issuance and replenishment Vehicle and equipment readiness Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position: Strong organizational skills and accountability Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple moving parts Commitment to inventory integrity, safety, and responsiveness Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit 6–8 hours daily Ability to use hands to handle tools and materials Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Ability to safely operate warehouse vehicles and drive company box trucks Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Additional Comments ITG is an equal employment opportunity employer.
