Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in the Rochester, NH area! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering overtime incentives , and excellent benefits upon hire

Pay: $20/HR - $25/HR+ based on shift and experience

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor injection molding and production equipment
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team

Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
