What You'll D

• Talk to business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create business requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with Pega developers to ensure the solution matches business needs.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and client meetings.
• Provide project updates and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Guide team members and support best practices in Pega projects.

What Skills They're Looking For

• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) certification.
• Strong understanding of the Pega platform.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Stakeholder management and client interaction experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
