Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience with older students and those exhibiting high-intensity behaviors
• Skilled in training, supporting, and supervising paras, RBTs, and teaching staff
• Expertise in functional behavior assessment and intervention planning
• Strong crisis management and de-escalation abilities

Responsibilities:
